1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Kigezi.shop ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or retail merchant, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. Service Description
Kigezi.shop provides a mobile-first frontend browsing platform for retail merchants. We sit atop your existing commerce infrastructure (such as Shopify) to provide high-speed mobile storefronts for traffic arriving from social channels (Instagram, TikTok). Kigezi.shop does not take custody of merchant inventory or process customer checkout funds directly.
3. Free Storefront & Branding
Free-tier merchant storefronts include a discreet "Powered by Kigezi.shop" inline footer badge. Merchants agree not to circumvent, alter, or hide this attribution badge unless enrolled in an active paid membership tier.
4. Annual Customization Tier ($100/year)
Merchants wishing to remove Kigezi.shop branding, customize theme aesthetics, and unlock personalized mobile shopping experiences may subscribe to our annual membership for $100.00 USD per year. Payments are billed recurringly via Stripe. You may cancel renewal at any time via your merchant dashboard.
5. Intellectual Property & Content
You retain all rights, ownership, and copyright to your brand marks, trademarks, product imagery, and catalogue assets. You grant Kigezi.shop a limited license solely to display and format these materials on your dedicated mobile storefront.
6. Termination & Limitation of Liability
Either party may terminate use of the Service at any time. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Kigezi.shop is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from downtime or third-party provider outages.
